Campus Wireless Network Connections

If you're having a problem connecting to the wireless network on campus, self-help information is available online.

If the issue isn't addressed in the self-help guide, go to the library circulation desk for assistance.

Computer Labs

If you are having a problem in one of the computer labs, you may report the problem to one of the student lab workers or to your instructor (if your class is taught in the lab). He or she can initiate a request on your behalf and work with the ICT department to resolve the issue.

Hardware Issues

To resolve hardware issues, contact the company that manufactured the hardware or the store where you purchased the hardware. They should be able to help you with any technical issues or warranty questions.

Online Course (WebCT)

If you're having technical trouble in the course, you can either submit a request online using the Online Course Support Request form or call (817) 531-4428, option 1.

Password/User ID

If you don't know your password, complete and submit the Student Technology Support Request form or call (817) 531-4428, option 2, for assistance.

If you don't know your User ID, retrieve it online.

RamLink

If you're having trouble with RamLink, self-help information is available online.

RamMail (Student E-mail)

If you're having trouble with RamMail, self-help information is available online.

Residence Hall Internet Connections

If you're having trouble connecting your computer to the Internet in one of the residence halls on campus, a self-help guide is available online.

If the issue isn't addressed in the self-help guide, contact your Resident Advisor or Residence Hall Director. He or she can initiate a request on your behalf and work with the ICT department to resolve the issue.

Software Issues

To resolve software issues, contact the company that manufactured the software. They should be able to help you with any technical issues.
