Computer Replacement Program
ICT provides oversight for the University Computer Replacement Program. This program is designed to ensure that computing resources at TW are adequate and able to function within the network environment. Through this program vintage and obsolete university computers located in offices, classrooms, and labs across the campuses are regularly replaced with new machines (4-year replacement cycle for most machines).
To request your computer be added to the Computer Replacement section of the School or Departmental Technology Priority List, contact your school or departmental supervisor.
University Technology Planning
In April 2006 TW completed the technology strategic planning process. The resulting 3-year plan, which includes input from students, faculty, staff, supervisors, and alumni, combines high-level strategic planning with tactical planning to lead to action in three significant areas: technology and learning, infrastructure, hardware, software, and support, and professional growth at the University.
